Cast your mind back to 1979 – you were probably singing “M-m-m-my Sharona” and going crazy waiting to see the outcome of Rocky II. Well, either that, or you weren’t born yet. Anyhow, either way you’re going to go wild about the Bigtrak Junior!

Most comebacks are “bigger and better” than the original – the Bigtrak Junior is actually smaller, but it’s definitely just as good, if not better! (Because you can play with it while you work!)

The Bigtrak Junior is the programmable tank of yesteryear in a compact desktop variety. So much better than remote control, you program the multi-wheel vehicle on its on-board keypad before it goes anywhere – then sit back and watch as it carries out your commands and fires its light cannon.

This 21st century version of the Bigtrak now features a new “Memory Save” function, allowing previous programmes to be used again and again (great if you want to send it to the coffee machine every morning with your order attached for the nearest bystander). You can navigate a course up to 20 metres, dodging obstacles as it goes.

The Bigtrak Junior also features a new ‘active accessory port’, which you’re going to need when new accessories hit the market (a digital camera and foam rocket launcher are both on the way).

Complete with 6 plastic ‘moon crater’ obstacles so you can set some tricky courses and powered by 3 AA batteries (not included), the Bigtrak Junior will be the senior toy on any wish list.
