Fast Delivery & Easy Returns
LatestBuy is committed to delivering your orders as fast and efficiently as possible, whether you're in a major city or rural country area.
Once payment for your order has been received, we aim to dispatch it within 24 hours (but often on the same day).
Better still, you'll be pleased to know that we offer a flat delivery fee irrespective of order quantity...so whether you're after 1 or 100 items, you pay the same delivery charge (just as long as we're sending your order to one delivery address).
 
Please note: The delivery times below should be used as a guide only. Whilst in most cases parcel delivery will occur within the estimated timeframes, in some instances longer delivery times can result from circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions and vehicle breakdown.
United States Deliveries
With our integrated network of reputable logistics companies who deliver to residential and business premises throughout the United States, we're able to offer three delivery services, tailored to suit your needs:
UPS Ground: 3-7 business day service - $9.95
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business day service - $19.95*
UPS Next Day Air Saver: 1 business day service - $29.95*
All orders require signatures upon delivery and can be tracked via our online tracking facility. Some parcels are sent via USPS First-Class Mail, instead of UPS Ground.
All orders to PO Box & APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority Mail at a charge of $9.95 or $14.95 for Alaska & Hawaii (see below).
*UPS Next Day Air Saver & UPS 2nd Day Air - The cut-off time for next or two business day deliveries is 12 noon EST. Due to parcel size and weight constraints, these express services are not always available.
Alaska & Hawaii Deliveries
LatestBuy offers the following two delivery services to Alaska & Hawaii:
USPS Priority Mail: 3-7 business day service - $14.95
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business day service - $34.95* *UPS 2nd Day Air - The cut-off time for two business day deliveries is 12 noon EST. Due to parcel size and weight constraints, this express service is not always available.
Canada Deliveries
LatestBuy offers the following delivery service to Canadian destinations:
USPS Priority Mail International: 6-10 business day service - $19.95
Australia & Other International Deliveries
In addition to Canada, we also deliver to a number of other international destinations, but are restricted from exporting certain items due to their physical nature.
 Where a product is not available for international shipping due to its physical nature, the graphic on the left is displayed midway down the product's page.

Easy Returns
At LatestBuy we understand that it's sometimes hard to make a purchase without actually touching and seeing a product (although we think our products pretty much speak for themselves), so that's why we've got a 30 day 'no quibbles money back guarantee' policy. If for whatever reason you're not happy with your product(s), we'll gladly refund you the total product(s) value once we've received the
product(s) back at our warehouse – now that's total piece of mind!
Furthermore, don't be concerned with faulty goods, as we provide a 30 day warranty against material defects and workmanship on all our products - this is on top of the 3 - 12 month manufacturers' warranty already provided with many of our products!
If a product becomes faulty or you simply change your mind about your purchase, just complete our simple enquiry form and we'll assist you with further instructions on how to proceed.
Please note: Our 'no quibbles money back guarantee' is not available for personalised products (or orders) and items with a value greater than US $300.
