Simply put, the light is projected through a rotating cut-glass crystal and then filtered through two specially coated plastic diffusers. What’s especially ingenious about this design is that the diffusers are completely detachable – so you can leave them on if you want some great ambient lighting, or you can take them off for a wholly consuming psychedelic experience. Result you may ask? Well, with the diffusers removed, light forms radiate and project across an entire room – making you feel as if you've stepped into a supernova... ...and if you want to change the overall look of your light show, simply place anything optical on top of the Laserpod – glass, crystal or clear plastics will filter the light, creating a unique light show of your own design. Want more? Well, you can even go completely portable as you can power the Laserpod up to 8 hours with 3 x AA batteries.
