Once payment for your order has been received, we aim for same-day dispatch (excluding weekends & public holidays) for orders received by 12-noon WST.
Better still, you’ll be pleased to know that we offer a flat delivery fee irrespective of order quantity…so whether you’re after 1 or 100 items, you pay the same delivery charge across Australia (just as long as we’re sending your order to one delivery address).

We currently only deliver to the countries listed above and are restricted from exporting certain items due to their physical nature. The shipping fees above do not apply to bulk international deliveries. Where a product is not available for international shipping due to its physical nature, you will not find any international delivery options available at checkout.

If for whatever reason you’re not happy with your product(s), we’ll gladly refund you the total product(s) value once we’ve received the product(s) back at our warehouse. What’s more, shipping back to us is completely free – now that’s total peace of mind!
Furthermore, don’t be concerned with faulty goods, as we provide a 365-day warranty against material defects and workmanship on all our products – this is on top of the 3 – 12 month manufacturers’ warranty already provided with many of our products! If a product becomes faulty or you simply change your mind about your purchase, just complete our simple enquiry form and we’ll assist you with further instructions on how to proceed.
Please note: Our ‘no quibbles money back guarantee’ is not available for personalized products and orders with a value greater than $1000. Items must be returned in an “as new condition” with the original packaging. Once a return has been approved and received, you will normally receive your refund in the same manner and/or to the same account used for payment within 3 business days of the return approval or receipt (whichever is later).
