Fibrox Safety Grip Wide Blade Boning Knife 15cm

Boning knife Victorinox Boning Knife is suitable for boning poultry or ham, trimming fat and tendons. Suitable for the kitchen and for professional butchers.

It has a tapered, smooth-edged 15cm stainless steel blade that is suitable for comfortable boning around joints and bones.

The Safety Grip handle, i.e. with a one-sided protection for the hand, is made of black plastic material Fibrox, which was a breakthrough for Victorinox. It can be sterilized up to a temperature of 150DegC and meets the requirements of Directive (EC) 1935/2004.
