Avanti Ravioli Making Set is a simple kitchen accessory. This set includes a cast aluminium tray to create 12 perfectly shaped square ravioli with round pockets. The tray comes with a perfectly sized wooden rolling pin to seal the top layer of pasta over your chosen filling. Simply turn the tray upside down once the process is finished to release the ravioli for boiling. Instructions included on the box.
