With the start of the art induction base technology, this chef pan is capable of cooking on gas, electric, glass ceramic and induction hob types. The Ignite Chef Pan features a riveted stainless steel handle which is designed to keep cool meaning oven gloves are not needed so you can keep a firmer grip when in use or transporting from the stove to the bench.
