These pre-cut shapes are designed to assemble into graduation caps, made from scratch art card with a black coating over vibrant rainbow paper. Perfect for end-of-year activities, these caps can be decorated flat using the included wooden stylus to scratch off the black coating and reveal the bright colours beneath.
